Starlyn Hjorth was raised in Oregon. She received her degree in Home and Family Living. She has been Foods Lab Manager for over 7 years - where she manages the labs, oversees the teaching assistants and assists the professors. Starlyn and her husband, Lee, have four children. She is an avid BYU Sports Fan and enjoys the outdoors with her family and making quilts.
